My bracelet, ring, or necklace doesn't fit. What to do?Updated 10 months ago

If you received your order within 30 days, and the item(s) are unworn with the hangtag and packaging intact, you are eligible for a return for exchange or refund. Kindly note that if you have lost your order/return form, write your order number and name on a note instead. If you purchased your bracelet from one of our retailers, we recommend reaching out to the retailer directly.

UNITED STATES

  • Exchange your bracelet, ring or necklace:
    The fastest way to receive a different size or another bracelet is to sent your order back for a refund and to order again through our online store.
  • Receive a refund:
    Please return your order within 30 days of delivery. You will receive your money back from us within 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Return label: 
    Go to our returns page and follow the instructions to create a return label. The return costs are at your own expense.
