What should I do if my bracelet is defective and I purchased it in our own physical Pig & Hen store (f.e., Heiligeweg 4, Amsterdam)?Updated a year ago

If you purchased a bracelet in our physical Pig & Hen brand store and it is defective within the 2-year warranty period, we recommend returning to our store at Heiligeweg 4. If the distance is too far, we can make the following exception for you. Could you please send us the address, along with details about the bracelet, such as color and size? This way, we can send a new order without additional cost.

2.    Attach a photo of the defective or damaged item and the purchase receipt to your email.

3.    Ensure the item is still within the 24-month warranty period.
