If the order is not processed, you would have to place an new order again. Check if the country that issued your debit card/credit card matches the country in which you are shopping. You can only enter an address from the country you are shopping in. We accept PayPal, which can be set up with an international credit card.
Additionally, please be aware that when authorizing the purchase, Pig & Hen sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide authorization, there are a few possible reasons:
- The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on record.
- The expiration date was entered incorrectly during checkout.
- The card's CVV code is incorrect.
- The amount to be authorized exceeds the transaction limit set by your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the payment.
